These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with NAJP, for the purchase of works of art and related products. They are intended to provide a simple and transparent framework, based on trust and common sense. By validating his\/her order, the buyer accepts the present conditions without reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAJP operates as a self-employed artist, not entered in the commercial register and not subject to VAT, in accordance with Swiss legislation. In fact, according to article 10 paragraph 2 of the Swiss Federal Law on Value Added Tax (LTVA), VAT liability is only compulsory if annual sales exceed CHF 100,000. Below this threshold, the activity remains legally unregulated and exempt from formal registration.\u2028Consequently, no invoices including VAT can be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>All orders are final once payment has been received and confirmed.\u2028Works are sold while stocks last. NAJP reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the buyer or for any other legitimate reason (e.g. stock error).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices are indicated in dollars, excluding applicable taxes.\u2028Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and will be specified at the time of order. Payment is made via Stripe, Bitcoin (Onchain and Lightning).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For orders shipped to any country in the world, neither VAT nor any other tax is included in the displayed price. NAJP does not charge any taxes for these orders.\u2028However, your order may be subject to customs and\/or import duties in the destination country. These charges will be collected directly by the carrier at the time of delivery.\u2028As taxes and customs duties vary according to the nature of the product and the country of destination, NAJP cannot provide a precise estimate. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an international order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Works are dispatched within 5 to 15 working days after confirmation of payment. These delivery times are given as an indication only. NAJP cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the condition of the artwork on receipt and to report any damage as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The works sold conform to their description and to the photographs presented. However, minor variations in color or finish may exist due to the specificities of artistic creation. NAJP cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage to the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All NAJP works and creations are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or copy is strictly forbidden. Distribution and use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any public distribution or use of a NAJP work (including on social networks, in the media or for commercial purposes) is subject to copyright. Even if the purchase of a work confers a right of material possession, it does not transfer any right of exploitation of its image.\u2028Out of respect for NAJP’s work and artistic coherence, it is advisable to contact NAJP in advance for any publication or public use of the works, particularly in an editorial, commercial or promotional context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAJP reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions at any time. They are intended to provide a simple, transparent framework based on trust and common sense. The conditions applicable are those in force on the date of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
